With regard to commissions, the seller will deliver the goods ordered by the purchaser to the address the purchaser provides to us for delivery at the time of order which must be the mailing address or the purchaser.
The purchaser will make all reasonable efforts to enable delivery to take place on delivery date. You must ensure that reasonable access is available and at least one able bodied person is available to off load and that delivery can take place in a safe and lawful manner. Deliveries will to the ground floor only.be
Delivery processing time
All orders on our online shop are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package in the event of a courier delivery, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery.
ORBespoke.ie does not accept liability if a delivery left at your home goes missing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ORBespoke is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ORBespoke is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
